I found this (shortened for mass consumption) Though it may spark some interest, anyone know of this?:
"Salvors are fighting the proposed International Convention on the Underwater Cultural Heritage as well as details on upcoming meetings and deadlines. Action by UNESCO to pass the Int'l Conv is imminent; the meetings in Philadelphia over the weekend of April 25-26 are absolutely critical if we are to get our effort to oppose the Int'l Conv up and
running effective opposition.
Nothing less than our right and the right of our
children to freely explore the world's oceans is at stake here. Please make every effort to attend this very important series of meetings. We need your assistance and monetary
contributions if freedom of the seas is to continue to
