Coin Beach , Milton, Delaware

Going to visit friends in Delaware, was told of a popular local beach known as Coin beach (guess why!) Friends don't really know any info about this site, however they seem to have heard of shipwrecks there and of course a popular detecting site. I can't seem to find any info on wrecks in this area. Any info about this area at or near Milton Delaware would be appreciated. Thanx Hooch P.S. Coin beach may be a local name, not the correct name of this beach.
