Will Smith, I don't have an investment here. I don't have anything to loose or win by saying what I said. All I was trying to do was allow others that have an investment in the Beale Treasure to read the Magazine articles by the finders of this Treasure.

They told the story, not I. They said the vault was water sealed. I guess they show know where they found it. You say no? Were you there with them?

They said the final code cipher was in the back of Beals personal bible that the family had. All they did was find a Beale code specialist and treasure hunter to apply this cipher and the rest is printed history.

Since I given these magazine article dates to people to read, I have had nothing but pain from people as though I wrote these articles. I personally haven't a clue what they mean nor do I care. The information is for die hard Beale people.

Heck, if people want to look in an empty hole for the rest of their lives---go for it. I'll put up a hot dog stand there. Peanuts, Popcorn, craker jacks anyone?

This is America. You can do as you choose. Will,I even talked to the family, and they said, "Well, that is about how it happened. We owe our fortune to this bible." Heck, the family didn't have to say sip to me. Who am I?

I'm an ole country boy, Will. It made sense to me, so I dropped the hunt. There is plenty more treasures to look for without ruining ones life by anger and hatred.

Here are the articles I suggest that anyone remotely or seriously interested in the Beale case read.

The story broke in the January issue of Treasure Magazine 1982.

Another issue of Treasure Magazine in August 1982 carried more information "Residents around the site are aware of Greens attempt, but don't know the nature or the extent of his success.

Then December 1982 of Treasure Magazine issue code solver Boyd Jolley shows the water sealed two Treasure chambers. He relates some of this code work is in occult Masonic characters. The last Beale unsolved code is in this issue solved.

Now let's make my position perfectly clear like I did on the web page you posted. I know nothing about any of this Beale code material. I read just like others read. This information looks to me like it was found, and there is a lot of data in these magazines that a liar wouldn't go to the trouble to tell people.

In fact, I still don't know why these people came forward. Who cares if people dig their flank off for nothing and ruin their lives? My purpose for doing this WAS NOT TO SCATTER SAND IN SOMEONE'S LUNCH. But to merely inform people where these references are so that they can deside for themselves to continue the search or hang up their spirs.

It's nice to have a choice in life. I Personally think this was a nice thing to do.

Now, if by doing this, I have deminished Beale book sales of another human being, then I guess this may be the risk by living in a free society?

I meant nothing but good by presenting this information. I hope that people appreciate this.

I reiterate this again: In 1982, the finders came forward and gave testimony for their discovery. Why they did this floors me still today. I am simply re-presenting to the forum what they presented 19 years ago in print. And still the bouncing ball continues onward. Isn't life weird?

I do hope in the end that all of the pertinent data will be brought together so that we may lay this beast to sleep finally--forever.

Will, I also have heard some very interesting things that other code solvers have said about this Beale case. But all of them have been loosers monetarily so far except Mr. Green (this is not his real name).

We do need a TV program to tell people where it's at with all of this Beale stuff and tie up the loose ends and improper information.

Peace to all Richard
