Quartz rocks in a large pile in the middle of nowhere
May 14, 2004 at 12:15:04

I was recently travelling though the desert and me and some friends were doing some shooting. We decided to hike up this large hill and when we got near the top we noticed that there was a spot where there was probably 60-70lbs of small quartz rocks in a pile. it wasn't very noticable from the ground. anyway, i hear that gold runs next to quartz so if this isn't a spot with something buried there, should i dare think that it's possilbe that there would be gold running through this area?
