RINGS FOUND IN 2006

Here are some photos of the rings I found this year. They aren't particularly valuable, but each was exciting as I pulled it out of the sand or water. The toe ring came from a sandbox. The others came from either lake, river, or stream beaches. The ocean in this part of CA is too cold and dangerous for swimming, hence no rings in the sand at the ocean beaches.

First photo: Ring on the LEFT is 14KGE (gold plated). Ring on the RIGHT is 10K.

Second photo: Ring on the LEFT is 14K. Ring on the RIGHT is 10K with small diamond chips and an illegible hallmark. The diamonds are tiny but genuine.

Third photo: Ring on the LEFT is marked .925 (Sterling) and is a TOE ring. Ring on the RIGHT is enamel inlay but not cloisonne, with an illegible hallmark.

Fourth photo: Rings of lesser quality. The LOVERS' KNOT ring may be sterling, but I can't see a mark on it. The others are probably junk metal.
