Season 2009
Ah, it is time to post me season finds. My season was rather short this year because I can't take my metal detector to college.
1917 Type II Standing Liberty Quarter, found at torn down church.
Reverse
I went to an important house in town and found, in order from the picture, 3 old keys, 1913 Buffalo Nickel, 1904 Indian Head Cent, 1919 Buffalo Nickel, 1930's "Tom Mix Radio Ring," C" pin, 23 Wheat pennies, 1950's Schlitz bottle opener, Catholic Token, Cigarette Holder, Two harmonica reeds, and a 1987 Canadian Dollar. I've whited out the picture and the info about the house.
Close ups of some of the coins
Turn of the Century Saloon token
10 K ring found at Myrtle beach
Me with my BHID
Natural Michigan Copper Nugget
1904 Barber Dime
To be Continued...
