In the last 2 months of 2017 I hit a section of this park that produced me 27 minie balls and 1 carved. First time ever getting minie balls. IMG_2022.JPG

Nice finds!!! Can’t beat those mini’s! I’ve yet to ever find one, but up north I guess they aren’t as common? Hope your streak continues and 2018 is 10x better again!

Wow!
Those finds added up. Lot's of goodies.
One spoon looks like it was used for a belt spoon. I bent one and carry it on a knife sheath.

Those are amazing finds especially being solely recovered from public parks. 53 old keeper Nickels is flat KILLING it my friend. I would guess being public many cherry pickers left those for YOU buddy! You did quite well on silver and gold rings too. I got ZERO silver and one Gold ring this year. You had a bang up year buddy. I hope you do venture out into some private permissions. Then I bet your finds will really take off. :headbang:

Thank you so much Kurios I plan on join a club this year and meeting some others. I’m sort of a lone wolf (keep to myself this days) but I’m gonna have to take it to the next level and that’s connections and getting those permissions. That you for all you encouragement and kind words and may your new year have a big SILVER lining.
