    Year end coinstar goodies!

    Hey guys!
I started a job back in April where I work in 6-8 different grocery stores a day. The first thing I do every time I go in one is check the coinstar of course. My end of year total finds includes 19 silver coins (4 Mercs, 15 Rosie’s), 9 wheaties, 3 steel cents, a gold painted buffalo nickel, a 1940 Italian 20 cent piece, a 1966 25 cent Philippines quarter, and a few older Canadian nickels.

What wasn’t pictured was all the foreign change I found plus over $90 in American change that got rejected. What surprised me the most was no silver bigger than a dime. Oh well! Maybe 2020 will be different.

Good job. I just started really checking mine at work more. I did get a quarter the other day but mostly Rosie dimes and one merc. Keep on checking.

I found my first SLQ (dateless) at a coinstar last year. I never dug one so go figure 😂. Rosies are the most common silver I find when checking.
