Just got this from ebay. This is for 100 used SIM cards for gold recycling and my first return request.
Even though I plainly said no refunds ebay will force the issue and punish me for not accepting.
I think he is up to something. Maybe he went through and took out ones he wanted. Better be 100 in there when I get them back.

ebay is already starting to hurt me, the seller. I just found a spot where they are expecting my to issue a pick up label and pay postage.

Sim Cards for Scrap Gold Recovery 100 Assorted Used Cards Free Shipping | eBay

Info from the buyer
Reason: Doesn't match description or photos
Comments: The Items are punched on the middle of the chip and damaged. They are very Dirty and rusty

I guess he expected me to wash all my sims and take individual shots of every lot. Of course they are damaged that is why I sell 100 for $12.50. My good SIMS I sell 10 for $12.50

I think I found out what he or she is up to. I googled the name Pushpa Joshi and male and female faces pop up.

anyway I went to his/hers ebay page and I see cell phones and sim cards for sale. This person went through me recycle cards and picked out what they could resell and want a refund on the whole order.

I am now angry and trying to call ebay. I got to the place where it gives me a passcode and says here is our number and that area is blank. I did it twice and no number shows.

UPDATE from 10 minutes ago. I had ebay call me. They did it within 2 minutes. I explained everything and "Christy" (with strong foreign accent) put me on hold and came back and said she agreed with me and that customer is now not allowed to request a refund from me. My wife had to pick me up off the floor before I could do this update.

Also, just blocked this buyer.

I am amazed that they called you.

I had an issue with eBay, sold a laptop from a buyer in Russia.

He paid with Paypal. Everything was fine.

Until a week after I sent it, Paypal notified me that he hacked an account to pay me.

I was instructed to show 'proof' that it was sent, which I did.

After they 'reviewed' my info, they refuted my claim and reversed payment.

That is when I found the website P@yp@l su(k$(dot com)

Lots of stories just like mine....

But you got your $$$ back. I have only had good experiences with PP. Once someone hacked my account for $300 I let PP know and within a couple days all was back and fine. (at least with PP) Again I think it was some Commie that did the hacking. PP sent me a list of what $$ went where. This was several years ago and from what I remember he spent a lot at porn sites, bought some things and used my account to start a monthly subscription with AOL.

That is where the problem comes in. I got my original $$ back from AOL but then every month (for 3 or 4) AOL would try and pull $$ from my account. (even after I got all new account numbers) Somehow AOL was able to track down my completely new account. Then I would have to call their customer service person and explain and he or she would PROMISE to stop it and not have it happen again. Bunch of liars after a while AOL finally stopped.
