They took care of business like anyone else would.
At the first of Nov, they had a special, a gazillion auctions with no insertion fee. The wife spent a weekend and more putting together stuff for BIN. She put 110 auctions on and there was a $45 insertion fee. It turns out that she didn't read the fine print...they had to be for the whole month not just a week like we usually do. She called, got somebody that spoke english and they agreed to take off the fees if she canceled the auctions and put them on for the month. Within 30 minutes of canceling the auctions, the fees were cleared. She put them on for the whole month with no fees.
I couldn't believe they were so responsive. It turns out that we sold about a dozen items. They didn't add up to the $45 that they would have charged.
We only hear negative things about Ebay, so I thought I'd share something good.
