I have some used quartz watches that I was able to get running again and cleaned them up. The bands on them were trashed or broken beyond repair so I removed them. Do you tend to sell such watches without a band or is it worth going to the trouble (and expense) of putting a new band on them? My guess is to just sell them without the band. These are lower-end watches but do have recognizable brand names like Lorus, Timex, Bulova, Seiko, etc.

Personally, I'd sell them without the bands and state this allows the buyer to select his own band rather than reject the band you might show.
Don......

Ha, that's a good tactic, thanks. 8-)
