I shipped one of my e-books to a customer. It cost 85¢ to mail 1st class so that is how I shipped. If I wanted tracking it would have cost me over $3.50. They left me great feedback but ebay will not let me leave any feedback in return.
The only reason that I can figure out is because I did not enter a tracking number they still think I did not ship. When I went to the Manage Orders page it still says ADD TRACKING NUMBER and the dropdown menu does not give a choice to mark shipped.
So a nice customer does not get feedback. He already has over 4000 so not going to push it, but if it was someone with just a few I would ask ebay about it.
