    A Neat Rock

Found this recently. I believe it is a fire bow stone. Other opinions?

    Thanks, Dave

Yep!! I think more of a fire rock...nutting stones are generaly not as well worked. Welcome to the forum

Thanks all! Couple more finds from today. Look like crude knife forms.

That white one is a great scraper tool Has knife/scraper longer edge and also bottom end looks like a nicely flaked edge scraper. It looks unifacial, is it? Not crude at all for a scraper, that bottom edge looks wicked for use, esp. if unifacial.

That other rock is killer. It does fit in your hand, right? (Lot more points than those kind of items! For rarity, those kinds of tools should command great prices, but are not collected like points are. I like tools like that more than most points.
I wouldn't think nutting stone, that deep, well defined hole looks like a bowdrill cap to me. That and the size, for sure Any sign of fiber particles or char in that hole? Preform chungke/discoidal stone? muhaha.
