My only Point
This is my only point i found it in a lake in lower Michigan. I found this in a lake about 7 years ago, i just happen to trip and for some reason brought up the dirt and stones that were in my hand, and to my surprise this was with it. Im in southern Michigan almost in Indiana. Can anyone tell me any information about this point? This is by far my favorite find. Thanks in advance for any info

Re: My only Point
I'm not all that familiar with typology in that area but it looks like a kirk corner notched point to me. I'd bet if you went back to that same spot when the water is down you will find more, probably on the surface too.

Re: My only Point
From the looks of the fan base and the notches my guess is it's a Hopewell Point.
Nice find colt!
Thanks for the pictures.
