5/2 Cornfield Walk
Went out for a walk today and here is what I found. Two otter creeks which are called big sandys just about everywhere else. One is trashed the other a real heartbreaker. Also a dark colored leaf like blade and a levanna point. Super nice thin hide scraper with fine chipping all the way around, ( still very sharp. ) Bringing up the rear are a few broken tips, a neat old button and a piece of honey flint that Im guessing came from a musket. It is the first time I ever found honey flint although I did see my brother find a whole gun flint on the shore of a lake. Does anyone know if honey flint was also found in the US or did it all come from over seas.

good hunting undertaker, too bad about the otter creek. Any ideas what kind of point that preform would have been? I've found some of that honey colored flint in wv, but I've no idea where it originates.
