Re: What about these jewels!!!
Well, since you asked. The long fluted piece looks bogus as hell, which makes the other suspect as well. I would give them more than just casual scrutiny. If you aren't confident in your ability to assess the authenticity, I wouldn't hesitate sending them out to get another opinion.

I'll second what neanderthal said.
At least from the pic, the drilling on the gorget looks correct though.

What is that on the right, a Cumberclovis? They look too good to be true. Hopefully you didn't pay authentic prices. If one is fake I'd be highly suspicious of all of them, including the bannerstones. Sorry, just my opinion.

yeah, I meant to say gorget, like I said just my opinion. If you're looking for experts, why not take your old collection pieces to an authenticator. I'm not an expert or pro but personally I'd make sure ' museum quality ' pieces like those two paleo points already had coa's before buying them.

Hello
No one means any offense. I think thay are very nice and hope that they turn out to be the real thing for you. What a great $20.00 investment. I would suggest showing one item at a time at the show for evaluation to diffrent experts. See if Dan Stroud is there or someone like him who has handled some of the largest of collections So in case one does not pass it wont destroy the opportunity of the others. Please be kinder than we were and let us know how it turns out ok?
My bet is on the one rounded gorget over the butterfly looking one and the tan clovis over the long fluted cumberland.
Keep us updated
Great $20.00 finds!

You asked for our opinion, so I gave you mine. Maybe it was a bit harsh, but it's just an opinion. As for riding me over a mistake, whatever man, knock yourself out. I can tell you why I think those points are reproductions if you want, or you could use the ignore user feature if I really upset you that much. Prove me / us wrong and I'll apologize.
