Artifacts or Fossils??

Are they fossils or artifacts. Note the ridge around the base that goes all the way around both these.

Natural stones. I have a few that look just like those. Those are formed by the softer upper rock eroding and the harder base remaining. I even have a couple that have the harder stone on both top and bottom and they look like cookies.
