    Some paleo tools for Uniface

Here are a couple of my paleo tools, most are personal finds but some were eBay and junk box finds that went too cheap.

This is a large broken Kentucky Clovis biface that went for under $10 on eBay. The outre passe flaking is very cool, it also has a platform for fluting set up.

The other side of the same biface with some personal find clovis bases with nipples for fluting.

Another clovis base that was used as a graver or tool after breakage.

A view of the flute and platform for fluting the otherside.

A large broken biface from Indiana. It has a couple of outre passe flakes on one side, and has a width/thickness ratio similar to a folsom ultra-thin.

These are outrepasse flakes that were used as tools.

A broken base and small biface from my clovis site. The sides were extensively reworked.

A monster uniface knife from a paleo site. (I'll post some more about this group later.)

This is a neat type of uniface knife that is found in Florida, Texas, and in South America.

A little Ohio square knife with a platform for fluting (I think it was a broken clovis base that was reworked into a square.)

    My best square knife.

I've got more, but this is what I had loaded in my photobucket account.

Where is it you're finding these, Joshua ?

Not detailed location info, but general. I'm trying to guess from the material, but can't.

The square knife is florida/georgia. It was almost black with river stain but a soak in lime juice cleaned it right up.

The paleo bases are from two sites in South America. The other pieces are Ky and Oh.
