I don't know if it's a fossil imprint or man made.It reminds me of like squished play-dough that hardend.

The archaic peoples around Poverty Point made clay cooking balls that often have that shape and finger marks in them. (They would heat the hard clay balls in a fire and drop them into a skin filled with water to make the water boil.)
That said, it looks more like rock to me, my guess would be some type of fossil.

I think what you have is a fossilized castropod, which is broken on the ring segments.

Post it in fossils and maybe fossis or some of the people will give you a quick I.D ? Let is know what they say.
