08/19 ohio creek hunt
got out to my fav creek for a while this morning.my hunt got cut a little short due to the torrential down pours and i didnt have any rain gear with me.but i did manage to find a few things(mostly brokes) before i called it quits.sorry about no insitus,my phone took a dive into the canoe the last time out and got a little wet and I havent replaced my phone yet.Kinda funny,I almost hate going hunting anymore without my camera, dont want to miss that great insitu.

aint gonna find any heads sittin on the couch

thx all,Im not sure that its carter cave,i find alot of this yellowish orangish material in all the creeks I hunt, this is actually the first time I have found an artifact made of it.I call it creek chert, because i only find the stuff in the creeks.maybe it is carter cave and there just happens to be an abundance of it in all the creeks i hunt, just seems like i would find some of the same material in the field sites i hunt that are near these creeks, but i dont ??

I would say it had to be brought there, but to tell you the truth i dont have an answer for that question.Only other thing i could think would be that it was deposited there by a glacier cool you found your first creek find.alot of the time the creeks are like that.

Greg-rocks,
Making some great finds, I see. That point looks perfect. It's been a while since I found a "perfect 10".
