    Rice Lanceolate................
    Early Archaic period....7800BP-8400Bp age Lance form..........
    This is a Creek find........................
    I would love to find a Rice Lanceolate site ,but havent after 25 years of looking...........

    Nice looking artifact and good find. Does is have a bulb or thick spot on the back? Be nice to find a creek full of those

    It has been resharpened down to the haft area,giving it a thick spot look
    I wished I could find a land site with Rice Lanceolate in it!
