    who found the fluted Daltonish point??

    Few months ago, a fellow tn member found some sort of fluted point, it was black and had ears on the base, i think. He sent it off and the authenticator gave a no go anyone know which topic that was?

    It was not me............
    I have showed some of my Daltons,but said nothing about COA........................
    Also dont have black Pitkin chert Dalton-except two broken................
    I would like to see it...............................

    Nice Dalton......................that is the biggest Dalton flute I have seen..........!
    I bet it was a Clovis point the Dalton person found and resharpened it!
    It looks like a good Dalton with a very heavy flute!!
    It might have been a Dalton knapper who done it
    Most All Dalton were made from fluted preforms.....................no matter most people call them thinning strikes<<<wrong they are preform flutes<<
    And that is a dandy of a example!

    Thanks TN thats the one!!! , lol, are you trying to tell me something here so yes i guess i should upgrade and stop freeloading around here, this place has treated me well

    So did the Dalton come back with a COA?
    I was reading the old post.........................I did not see where it came back<good or bad>
    Is that what you were asking about,when you made this post?
    I would like to know if it passed or not..............
    It looked good...................very odd,but I have seen many odd artifacts before,,,,,,,
