Quick hunt 3-22-2010
Got out for a little bit, spent more time getting my truck unstuck than hunting. Just trying to keep the pace with some of you great hunters. I need better hunts than this to do that. Heres how I did......

Not too shabby at all. I would have been pretty thrilled with that sort of day!

Re: Quick hunt 3-22-2010
Thank You Chuck and Neogeo... This was a brand nw spot, so it may take me a minite to find the right spots to hit..
Archer66, I love it when they stick up lik that also..... I just hate pulling them out... If you know what I mean.... (98% of the time I am screaming and stomping around like a baby) The drill is 3 inches on the money...

Keep up with us?? I'm going to have to step up my game to catch up to you. lol
Killer finds and awesome in situs!! That Stemmed Point and the Drill are very, very nice. I love the in situ of the Drill. We call those "lottery" finds since you don't know what you've got until you pull it out.
Congrats on the great hunt and thanks for the pictures.

Really you always find some great big nice ole artifacts lol. That one sticking up like that is wild. The rain sure flattened that field. Is that an old foot print full of water by that point?
Nice John Very nice!

Re: Quick hunt 3-22-2010
Thanks Steve, Would hate to see what you could do if you stepped your game up. I seen the pipe and beads in your last hunt. Great finds.
Tn. Mts, Thanks, Dang dude after reading your last hunt, I think your gonna snuff out some paleo this year for sure. No that was just a puddle, no foot prints in this field. Lots of deer tracks Thanks again
Thanks Mainer,
Twitch,,,, DUUUUUH How bout a clovis? LOL. I am happy anytime I find anything, really I am, and I really like finding those drills whole like that, cause so many are broke. Thanks for your comments
Joel, Thank you my friend. I always love talking to you, and seeing you at the show. I looked for you before I left, but that place was packed. I had to park a mile away and I had bought to new frames, plus the full frame I brought. I took them to the truck and said I'm done. I got the blue felt with the cases this time, and my white burlington stands out big time. Good to see you again. John
