A few of todays creek finds

Had about an hour to spend in the creek today and here are some of my finds. The first piece is a broken Kirk corner notch,I think, and I think the material is chalcedony, not sure. The second piece I think is a large Savannah river, at almost 3" long. I don't know about the third piece, maybe a core or maybe just a rock. Thanks for looking.

Very nice finds Bill. That stemmed point is a good example. Man, that's too bad about the Kirk, looks like some high grade Va. chalcedony. Almost looks like the Cattail Creek variety found in eastern Va. imo. It's good to know there is probably more of it where you're hunting. I'd agree with core on the last piece, they definitely worked on that chunk of quartzite. Well done sir.

Thanks for the kind words Ryan. Hopefully I can find more of the chalcedony here on the property. PrimitiveOne, the weather is not that good. Some of the gravel bars are still covered with snow. Might get more snow tonight. Thanks again for the comments.

Nice points and the core is just like the ones I have ,broke in half thanks for posting it theviking.
