3/1 Shelter Finds

Wanted to start the month of March off like a lion but I'll settle for the lamb. I finally found both pieces of a broken point, something that has eluded me since I began digging rock shelters in November of 2010. Surprisingly, both pieces were in close proximity to each other inside the shelter. The two pieces fit together perfect, no material is missing in the crack line, it should look great once glued.

This shelter is finished, time to replace the sand and move on to the next one. It's tough to leave a shelter once you've spent so much time and labor in it.

You're absolutely right archer, thank you. I can recall recent all day digs finding nothing.....those hurt!
