    Jade Flake

    Found this little jade flake at a Puget Sound area location that was used for knapping.

    Even though it's on private property, it's pretty much a "worked out" spot, and I don't know very much about the artifacts it may have had. Lots of broken rock here, but I've only been able to find a scraper and a point, but then only after many trips & hours. Between government restrictions and and private property, there are very few areas to hunt around here that offer much potential...

    Rich, lets see the point you found there. That might tell us how old the site is...... Well heck, lets see the scraper too just because I love scraper LOL

    I would love to know how old this site is ! The link below has the scraper (1st photo) a flake covered with white patina, and a very nice agate point
