    Net Weight and More

I found my first net weight this afternoon. It has damage at the top but I was pretty excited. All of these except the largest blade were found in the same field. It was a good 3 1/2-hour hunt.

DANG!!!!! You did great! I love that blade. I've never found a weight before either. The red one has a really nice pattern. Congrats!

Nice americus ditto on the red stripes, pretty! (nice sharp pictures too) I don't know if I'd recognise a net weight. Are they mainly river finds? or are they found in creeks too? that was a good afternoon...

Nice finds and color as always. You are in an area of lots of water and rivers and might know this. So about how heavy is that net weight? I have seen monster couple pounders posted here. All of ours are very small for I guess cast nets and every now and then cedar poles in mud for their weirs.
Nice finds Americus looks like you made up for the other day

That may be called a "Bola" stone in your area. Very, very cool artifact.

It is small. It doesn't weigh much.

It is not a bola stone. I have found two of those.
