    Not sure on that one Frank, some type of multi-purpose tool maybe, that point makes you think drill or awl maybe don't know Interesting though.

    Could be a lot of reduction going on and then on the one side it looks like they were not able to set up and steps to drive off the high part and waa laa a punch multi tool " ) cool tool!
