    $3.00 for a hand full of rocks

    Got these at the flea market over the weekend.The drill and spearhead look real old.

    Very nice buy for $3.00. The piece you are calling a "Drill" is actually an exhausted Knife. I don't see evidence of it being used as a Drill. It would be very polished along the tip and lower edge if it was a Drill. The "Spearhead" is also a Knife and the reason they look old is just the very weathered material they are made from which looks to be Rhyolite. The others look to be quartz.

    You did good girl,the quartz Madison(top right) is worth at least 5 bucks along with the Morrow mountian(top middle) is worth around 10-12 bucks ,hell I would have bought them without a 2nd thought at that low price!
