"Maybe" Artifact? Sandstone With Carved Markings? Need ID Help Please

Picked this up a while back. It came in a lot with Native American artifacts, but I have no clue what it is. I think it may be sandstone. The piece is pretty light.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Of course they are plow marks. I obtained this piece, therefore it is surely NOT a Native American artifact. These are just plow marks and I apologize for wasting the NA section's time with this obvious non-artifact.

The only artifact that sandstone rock resembles to me is a celt. And celts are made of flint or hardstone. As for the marks you never mentioned if this was a plowed field or dig find? Could you show some pics of any other pieces related to the rock in?? I also noticed that the marks seem to be fresher(plow marks) than the surrounding area. I honestly cannot compare it to any artifacts that I have seen or found.

My bad! Accept my sincerest of apologies.
You are the same guy that told me my granite 3/4 woodland era groove axe that I sold for $600 was a doorstop and had been shaped naturally.

I hope one day you can move past your artifact snobbery and enjoy a happy life. I will be praying for you.

"Artifact Humor" LMAO! You guys are so cray-zee!

Never said I wanted "a million dollars", but I do currently have an offer for the piece. I just wanted to figure out what it could be before I sold it. Now, thanks to SRV and his infinite wisdom, I know I will be getting a fairly good price for this "plow formed" rock. I think this piece may be from the Kubota tribe, a mean and nasty lot of savages that were rumored to have devoured the toe jam of their raiding party victims. Bloodthirsty they were indeed.

The title of the thread is: "Maybe" Artifact?

I've never understood the logic of posting a question asking if something is an artifact, and then getting offended when someone says "no." If you have a specific opinion you want, just tell us what you want to hear and how you want it worded, and I'm sure someone will oblige.

I wouldnt rule it out by no means, but yes to the common collector it will always be a "questionable" piece ,I myself could see it as being an artifact though, sometimes one cannot be positive something is in fact an artifact.
