Early Archaic serrated blade made from translucent Carter Cave Flint that I found in Kentucky a few years ago before the dope growers got me kicked out of the fields I used to walk. Let's see your best translucent points!

here's one from San Diego County , fairly common find locally,. made from "optical quartz".
coastal cottonwood 7/8 in. long ,.. San Diego .Ca
this point would type as a coastal cottonwood ,..although the base is a bit flat ,not concaved as this pedigree describes .
only get out a few times a year now , but on top of my list is a insitu of one of these ,..tough little suckers to see,..they blend ..
