more images of the crane effigy

yesterday my friend gave me the crane effigy to add to my collection
i really thought it was nice of him and told him i will plow the snow on his road for him this winter as a token of our friendship and my appreciation
note that on this one the top of the head is tapered or sharper (thinner) than the other ones
and as usual the handle is broke off
i do have one that still has the handle but it is the only one i have seen so far
i thought i should take some images to show it a little better, especially how the top of the head is sharpened thinner like a real crane's head actually is
so here you are my friends

That is a nice well made artifact Steve, it is interesting how the top of the head and bill are thinned down. Those are some interesting markings on the bottom also, it would be interesting to know the meaning of them or if they were just decorative. That is a really nice artifact for sure and one to be proud of. Thank's for the closer look.
