    TREASURES OF THE CAROLINAS

    HERE ARE TWO NORTH CAROLINA FRAMES THAT I HAVE PUT TOGETHER FROM 2010-2011 FINDS. IF U LIKE WHAT U SEE COMMENT. WOULD LIKE TO HEAR WHAT YOU ALL THINK ABOUT THESE TREASURES.

    Don't interpret a lack of comments in this forum as folks not liking your frames....it's pretty cold in here lately. I like what I see! Thanks for sharing your collection. Are these personal finds or acquired otherwise? Do you have previous years frames that you might share? Is your collection from North Carolina? I lived in NC for many years and my father put together a nice collection while there. Not much of his NC collection is made of flint, mostly quartzite and other turd stone. It's amazing how the natives efficiently utilized what was locally available.

    Nice finds, lots of hours in those frames. Field finds? Creeks? Rivers?

    Nice points. Alot of middle archaic stuff. I like the Morrow Mtns. (esp. 1st pic upper right)
