    Where?

    where can i find a site that can teach me how to make a arrowhead from a chunk of flint, i want to learn, please help.

    Morning,

    Go to youtube. Do a search on the video for flintknapping or arrowhead making...something like that...there are several videos on there that might help. Do same on google video or google search...many flintknapping sites are on the net that will assist you. I have purchased several VHS tapes on flintknapping that carry you through the process from chunk to point. They make it look SOOO easy, but experience cant be bought, it must be earned...lol

    I love flintknapping- let's see what you come up with when you start, if you run into problems with stacking or thinning or something let us know, post a scan and we can help you! Good luck! Just a quick tip- don't go order a bucnh of expensive rock right away, use old glass or toilets to practice on- it's free and has similar properties, won't cost so much to learn the basics that way.

    Well you need to beat on a few rocks and pick up a few knapping books,there are web site you can check,Go to google and type in flint knapping,,,Hope this helps,,,,,,,,,,,Michael
