Need help in middle Georgia

I live in the middle Ga area. Can someone in this area tell me some areas to look for Indian Artifacts? Have been interested for a lot of years but have been active only in 1970s (Fla) & 1980s (NC). Thank you in advance. HH Sonny

Plowed fields near water sources and creeks themselves work here in illinois. that'd be a good start.

Warner Robins, huh? That's a good area. There is a school there that was delayed on construction because of the uncovering of artifacts on the site. I think I saved an article in the papaer about it, in hopes of going up there for a look one day. Maybe I can find the article.
