    darn it

well they plowed my best field again.
but this time there were tire tracks leading down the field into a back field. so i thought i might ask permision to hunt, since the owner lived in tenn. i thought i could ask the farmer for getteing a contact for the land owner. but he was not back there ( he started seading i think just to wet) but on my way out to police harased me for being in the field( a neihboor called and said i was acting suspicous)so the police was rude as heck to me and asked me what i was doing in the filed i told him that i was walking back there to get permission to hunt the field since i thought he was plowing. he had no clue what arrowheads were and was having fun harrasing me. this sucks. i haave asked every house around and they dont know who farms it so this sucks, it was my best field.

It doesn't sound like all is lost Trev, keep trying to find out who owns it. You might get that permission yet. Good luck!

Go to the county courthouse and the land office/clerk's office, whatever it's called in your neck of the woods, can give you the information on the landowner. Just point the land out on a big map and they'll look it up. -Noodle
Dear Lord, lest I continue in my complacent ways, help me to remember that someone died for me today. And if there be war, help me to remember to ask and to answer "am I worth dying for?" - Eleanor Roosevelt
