maybe a nutting stone

well a man gave me this sand stone rock today, it looks like a nutting stone, on top but the bottom has a long narrow grinded out spot so i dont know.
i know there are stones that look like nutting stones made by glaciers so i dont know now. what do you think.

Looks like a multipurpose stone to me. Nutting on top, maybe a shaft straightener or grinding tool of some sort.

scanner is down but it looks like a child made it from a flake, i hate those kind, they look so fake.
