    Need you experts on this

    Recovered these two items in north east N.C. The first item I haven't a clue as to what it could be. I know so little about American Indian artifacts.     The top one is odd. I agree it "could" be some huge net weight, or a sledge hammey with crisscross ties. matbe cerimonial since it looks hardly touched. The bottom triangle type stone looks like some type of axe or hoe. As for stone I am not sure since I am not from your area. But badandy is probably right about the stone type. VERY NICE finds. I would love to find a groved anything. LOL
