    Howdy Headhunter

As you can imagine, I am very interested in your stuff. I have always had a fascination about the ancient Americans. Only recent, have I really tried to study it. One of the things I've noticed is that, in must of the lists of stone items from archaeological sites, there might be a few recognized tools, but the vast majority are rocks of which they are not sure their use was for. All you can do, is analysis each piece for any type of work and figure what it was used for. Even though that kind of stuff will never be worth anything, I think it's cool. It could help us understand them better, remembering that it is speculation. Something I just found out about, is that when stoneworkers found themself's in places where there was not good materials, they would develop bipolar technologies. Which means, they figured out ways to work the crappy material they did have. I think if you don't have a lot of flint materials in your area, the more of these junky tools you will have.
