HUGE spear head? Too big? Help with ID and value please

This was found in central Utah and is probably Fremont, Ute, or Anasazi in nature. It is almost 7 inches long so it is very large and has a worked edge the whole way around. It is made of a natural cement like material that is about as heavy and hard as agate. Any help with use of the artifact and value would be greatly appreciated. I am 100% sure it is a Native American artifact. Thanks...Ryan

Yeah it's been worked alright! More than likely just a big bi-face or preform.

I agree with badandy, bi-face or preform. I don't really buy many artifacts anymore but if I was at a show I would expect a piece like this to sell for 5-10$.
