I forgot to post these two. The second one is about as tall as a nickel.

Wow! What a tiny blade. You've got to have eagle eyes. The last peice looks like it's was knocked off during manufacturing. But that's okay. I take some of the flakes I find and put them in a long wooden bowl. Some of them are made out of beautiful material and it makes an interesting coversation peice. Thanks for sharing, Ray

Hey, after thinking about it, and after reading some of your posts I thought you might like to see my center piece for our table. Razor

I like that. I already have a drawer full of rocks from a week of walking.

I'm keeping all of the relics that I find from the quarry site separate from the rest of what I find. I think it will tell a more complete story. What amazes me is all that I've found at that site is in a narrow strip of power line where the ground has been scrapped and stays bare from ATV's. I came across a monster copperhead on the trail and that was a wake up call to stay away from areas where I can't see where I'm stepping, which unfortunately is almost everywhere where I live.

I'm kinda looking forward to cold weather this year. I want the snakes gone before I hit the creeks.
