A Silly Question Reguarding Rock Axes

If a person were to come across any old Indian rock axes would said person be able to keep them or would they have to turn them over to some authority?

    Depends on who you tell.

Depends on your state laws. They just passed a new law here in Arkansas that says you go to jail for taking artifacts without written permission. Also stiffer penalties if it is state land. Ray
