    A little help please. NC

The points in the photograph were all found on my private property in the foothills of NC. They appear to cover a rather large span of time but it is the stone at the top that has me stumped. Any one have an idea of what it may be? At first I thought it was a bearing stone but after taking the photo it appears to be some kind of animal head?

Nice projectile points. The top stone is, for me a mystery--what does the off side look like--does it look "worked?

Nice finds there, I'm not familuar with many states points but, NC is my specialty.
Left is an Adena VA type Quartz.
The small point is a Morrow Mountain ( very common in the foothills). Quartz.
Far right is a Stanly. Quartz.
The bottom is a favourite of mine, I have 15 or so, It's a Guilford, Rhyolite.

    Hope this is helpful.

Very impressive Molly. I can remember it wasn't long ago you were asking for ID's on all that you had found and now you are ID'ing points for others. I see you've been busy reading and doing your homework. Kudos to you!!

Thank you all. I'll take a little better photo's on the "head" and see what you think. These were all found in the same area and although I am not a true collector I just like seeing items that were on the land before me.

Way to go on the ID's Molly! That stone could be a natural formation
    It's addicting, but it's pleasing!
