I would think that faux turquoise would be made of plastic. If you touch the stone to your lip and it feels cold I would say it is real. If it does not feel cold that I would say it is plastic.

its crazy though, i searched high + low and S Dickens goes unmentioned in NA books, sites ANYWHERE..........I'd love more input guys.

to test if the turquoise is plastic, tap against your tooth...stone has a solid feel, plastic is hollow.
