Was out in the woods today practicing with my new Safari, when I spied this old Pepsi bottle lying right on top of the ground partially hidden by all the dirt, mulch and shrubbery. I am not a "bottle guy", so, don't know how to decipher the age. It is in pristine condition aside from the ink lettering that has all but came off. No cracks whatsoever. It has some embossed lettering on the side as you can see. Any info would be appreciated.

I have a similar one. There should be a date on the bottom of the bottle. It will be just above the center logo if it's Duraglas. Mine reads 14 8 48
In good condition with good paint would be worth around $20.00

Almost all of my bottles I've found were no more than 2-5 inches under the ground, about as deep as the with of your fist.
