Montrose Bottling Co, St Louis Mo

found an old coke looking bottle that has Montrose Bottling Co, St Louis, MO embossed on one side and on other it has Return This Bottle with # 99B. Bottom has M.B. Co. Any suggestions on to how old it is & any value or a link where I can look it up?
