DETECTING

I'm going to be in Arizona in April for a fishing trny at lake Roosevelt., if I should not make the top 10 on the final day, I'll have a day to do what ever I want.

Will probably be driving from California, so will have transportation and my detector. I'll be near Payton..question....are there any sites/ locations and a guide willing to show me around for a day of detecting. Lunch is on me.

Did you mean Payson?? If you are going to be in the Roosevelt area i recomend detecting around the one stretch of the Salt River. Might find some good stuff there. I am too far away from Roosevelt.

you know, i'm not too sure on that. maybe check and see if there are any ghost towns in the area also. this is a good site
