Visitors to National Parks Can Now Carry Guns

Paper that came with my permit said “not in national forests marked or posted by sign prohibiting all firearms.” Also the usual airport, courthouse. The one that got me was Ind. Res. I can see a casino but drive down a road and it will not be long and you go through an Indian Res.

Pretty soon you will not need that CCW permit here in AZ! I carry where ever a government agent carries as the are not above a Citizen.

Thought "Don't ask Don't tell" covered that" Don't ask me for my valuables & I won't tell you what caliber barrel you're looking down.

Heard from Phoenixites that you can carry concealed without a CCW. Was told it went into effect around election time but nothing was really said about it. Haven't checked it out, anyone else hear anything about this?

No to carry a weapon concealed you MUST have a CCW but if you wear it out in the open in plain sight you need no CCW or permit in the State of Arizona

Re: Visitors to National Parks Can Now Carry Guns

I know open carry has been legal except where signs are posted like stores etc. But, supposedly there was a law put on the books that allowed concealed carry even if you don't possess a CCW. I was told it went on the books, but they didn't want to draw much attention to it. I'll make a couple of calls and see if I've got good info or if I got 3rd or 4th hand rumors. Also not sure if it was just Phoenix or Maricopa or the state.
