I had hoped that you knew/know the meaning of the word "trespass" :icon_scratch:
If not, here 's "Webster's" Dict. definition of it, :icon_study:
Quote " to cross (the) boundary line of .....!" unquote
Isn't, walking, driving, etc ... "crossing over" ????

I'm not curious about your claim what so ever !
Just wondered why you thought that you had the right to place "No Trespassing" signs ?
After all of this discussion(s),
AS you should know by now,
A! Mining Claim is not PRIVATE PROPERTY!

I (as I'm sure everyone else is) am waiting to see your pictures of the Lost Pick.

.......and I will be more than happy to make a donation to the site, IF (and that's a very big IF) you can prove that your pics are of the ACTUAL Lost Pick Mine.

I could take you to any one of a hundred or so old mineshafts, and say they were the this or that mine. If you know the story, then you know what should be in there. THAT would be the only conclusive proof of find.

I could say this:

Mine1.jpg

was the Lost Hermit John Mine (but it isn't).

Yeah yeah yeah Billy you always come up with some lame excuse, then try to divert it into a put up money for you to prove your credibility thing. Well Billy you've just proved once again that your credibility just isn't there. Once again you've shown TNet that you're just chock full of wild ramblings and claims with no sustenance. What about the time arch pictures you were gonna post?? All blow and no go? OK, let me help 1. They got misplaced. 2. Bugs ate them 3. They got dropped down a shaft while you were recovering one of the 400 or 500 treasures you've discovered. 4. Hanna threw them out by mistake. Pick one ;D

I Warned yous above.

One day God was looking down at Earth and saw all of the rascally behavior that was going on. So he called one of His angels and sent the angel to Earth for a time.

When he returned, he told God, "Yes, it is bad on Earth; 95% are misbehaving and only 5% are not."

God thought for a moment and said, "Maybe I had better send down a second angel to get another opinion."

So God called another angel and sent him to Earth for a time.

When the angel returned he went to God and said, 'Yes, it's true. the Earth is in decline; 95% are misbehaving, but 5% are being good.'

God was not pleased. So He decided to e-mail the 5% that were good, because he wanted to encourage them, and give them a little something to help them keep going.

Do you know what the e-mail said?

Okay, I was just wondering, because I didn't get one either

(no disrespect intended)

I have too many things on my plate right now. If I head out to AZ, it would be for something different.

I WISH!

Actually, it's one of a group of old Spanish Mines. The exposed ones were reworked in the 1880s and 1930s. I'm still trying to find if there are hidden mines that weren't found there. Neat place. Crappy climb, though.

Whoa!! That would be way cool!! Those old mines are awesome, they never take all the Gold out, just the stuff that's really easy to get to ;D ;D Besides, you never know what kinda stuff you'll find in those old Spanish working areas. They usually had a mine/cave they used for religious activities. Those are neat

Yep!
You're Right !
I have a couple of Spanish Maps showing several of their mines, on the very Northern Boundary of The Superstitions
South of The Salt River/Canyon Lake Area(s)
The mine areas, several of them, are not all that far from the road/river

How come I never saw any when I was SCUBA'ing in THE Lake? :tongue3:
But!
I sure saw one "munduious" catfish, resting on a ledge! :oong
I swear!,
It was as long as I am tall! :tongue3:
But!
I don't doubt it , since there are several Spanish mines, in canyons that lead down to the
lake
There should be mines in Canyon Lake itself!

I know that there were/was! several cliff dwellings along the length of the canyon walls
They were (mostly) distroyed & melted down by the lake's water
