Destined to find Treasure..

2007....I took my daughter to check out the quartz tailings of the mines below Rich Hill, we had a blast but didn't find anything worth posting. On our ride home we stopped for a Beer and Pool game in Congress. The change the Bartender gave me was $16.50, a $10, a $5 a mint 1947 silver certificate, a 1941 quarter, and a 1992 quarter.

When she pulled out the $1 bill she thought it was fake, and then some old timer got really upset that she gave it too me. I gave her the $10 as a tip, and spent the rest of the afternoon trying to figure out and explain to my 15 y/o daughter how I got so lucky.

Was that A Very Hot Day in the desert ?
Maybe that person was out in the heat TOO LONG ?
